📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in the organization of store events and promotions.,Participate in inventory management and stock control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.
