Finance Executive - Property Development (SAP/IFCA Expertise)

In this role, you'll work closely with our development teams to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and prepare reports using SAP and IFCA. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor project budgets using SAP, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IFCA standards and local financial regulations.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to auditors and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for development projects.
• Collaborate with external consultants and auditors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Provide financial support to the project team, including cost control and financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in property development or a related industry.
• Certified in SAP and IFCA, with hands-on experience using these systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
