📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company.,Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the financial health of the company.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, and identify areas for improvement.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.,Experience with financial reporting and analysis.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
