📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of shop assistants to ensure smooth shop operations.,Ensure the shop is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the shop.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Train and develop the team to improve their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
