MEP Project Coordinator - Batam (Contract Role)

As an MEP Project Coordinator, your daily tasks will include project planning, scheduling, and monitoring, using industry-standard tools like MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for MEP projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project and Primavera.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, including cost and schedule updates.
• Ensure timely delivery of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP project coordination.
• Proven experience with MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
