📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.,Maintain and stock the bar inventory, ensuring all items are properly stored and accounted for.,Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.,Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting service standards and guest expectations.,Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.,Assist in training and developing new bar staff as needed.,Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in mixology and beverage service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using POS systems and other bar technology.,Knowledge of local and international beverage trends.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.,Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) frequently.
