📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Providing personalized product recommendations and advice to customers.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Managing inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Promoting Sehati Yoga Digital products through various marketing channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Familiarity with yoga products and the retail industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and customer preferences.
