📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of retail sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to develop their sales skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall sales performance.
  • Participate in promotional activities and sales events to boost brand visibility.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
