Berkah Umar Dental Clinic is looking for an Assistant Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for our dental staff. If you are passionate about dental education and have a strong organizational and communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and development of training programs for dental staff.,Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.,Create and maintain training materials and resources.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new dental staff.,Support the development of dental staff through mentorship and coaching.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with the clinic management to ensure training programs align with the clinic's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, Dental Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in dental training or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of dental procedures and equipment is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with local regulations and guidelines related to dental education is a plus.
