📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned department,Lead and motivate the department team to achieve departmental goals,Ensure high standards of food and service quality,Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to management,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage departmental budget and expenses,Recruit, train, and develop departmental staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve departmental goals,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
