📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.,Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development of HR strategies and programs.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with employee relations and conflict resolution.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
