XCEL Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is an urgent opening for a talented individual who is passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to our organization's success. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to address employee concerns and issues.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and events.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing reports, maintaining files, and handling correspondence.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
