We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Barista to join our team in Kulon Progo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in our store and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.,Work both in-store and remotely to support the team and customers.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management.,Ability to work both in-store and remotely.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.
