Food Hub Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Junior Production Supervisor to join our team in Depok. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of production staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met,Manage and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations,Monitor inventory levels and order raw materials as needed,Implement and maintain quality control measures,Conduct regular production meetings to discuss progress and address any issues,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor production costs and identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role,Strong knowledge of food production processes and quality control standards,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian
