📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and financial transactions.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records.,Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant to ensure cash balances are correct.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their skills and performance.,Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) occasionally.
