📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores to ensure they meet our high standards of service and quality.,Manage a team of store managers, providing guidance, support, and motivation to help them succeed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your leadership and management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing multiple stores and teams.,Strong understanding of coffee and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
