PT Tambang Hijau is seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, managing a team of employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our local community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain strong relationships with customers, both locally and remotely.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Experience with remote management and virtual team collaboration tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
