🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of bakery operations, including production, quality control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both team members and customers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies, such as Zoom, Slack, and Trello.
