📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor costs, and other expenses, and work to improve profitability.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant's staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure that they are providing excellent service to customers.,Monitor customer feedback and address any complaints or issues that arise.,Work closely with the restaurant's owners and other managers to ensure that the restaurant is meeting its financial and operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, as well as health and safety regulations.,Experience with marketing and promotional strategies, and the ability to develop and implement effective plans.,A strong understanding of customer service and the ability to handle customer complaints or issues.
