📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the electrical/electronics industry.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, both before and after the sale.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products/services and drive sales.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical/electronics industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
