PT Pancaran Permata is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of our company's equipment and facilities. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure that our sites are running smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of company equipment and facilities.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of sites to identify and address any issues.,Work with engineering and operations teams to develop and implement site improvement plans.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide technical support and training to site personnel.,Monitor and report on site performance and productivity metrics.,Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry standards and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
