📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle inventory management and restocking.,Manage cash handling and financial transactions.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in retail.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
