📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and market share.
• Monitor and analyze category performance using tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns.
• Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels using ERP systems.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management or a similar role in the retail or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of the health and beauty market, including trends and consumer behavior.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
