In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSSE programs across our warehouses in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSSE programs, including safety protocols, emergency response plans, and environmental management systems.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety, security, and environmental best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSSE performance metrics, and work with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure that safety and environmental considerations are integrated into warehouse design and operations.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HSSE, and recommend improvements to our programs.
• Represent Shopee at industry events and conferences to share our HSSE achievements and learn from others.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Security, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSSE, with a strong track record in developing and implementing effective programs.
• Certifications in ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001), ISO 14001, or other relevant HSSE standards.
• Proven experience in risk assessment and management, with a focus on warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as international standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
