📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive health and wellness programs for corporate clients
• Conduct health screenings and fitness assessments to identify individual and group health needs
• Develop and deliver mental health workshops and nutrition counseling sessions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide expert guidance and support
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their unique health and wellness needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate health and wellness
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate health and wellness, with a proven track record of success
• Certification in Corporate Wellness (e.g., ACE Certified Health Coach, CHWC) is a plus
• Strong understanding of health and wellness trends, and the ability to apply this knowledge to create innovative programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Proficient in using health and wellness software such as HealthE, WellnessLiving, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in Indonesia
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
