📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Manage and coordinate branch operations, including inventory, staffing, and scheduling.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of operational procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Support marketing initiatives, including promotions and events, to drive customer engagement and growth.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, branch management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
