You will work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure that our food and drinks are prepared to the highest standards. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with table set-ups, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and tidy dining area.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assisting with table set-ups and cleaning to maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
• Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure that food and drinks are prepared to the highest standards.
• Handling cash transactions and processing payments.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Promoting our menu items and specials to guests.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, Toast, or similar.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
