📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the boarding house, including check-ins, check-outs, and tenant communications.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the boarding house using a basic cleaning equipment kit.
• Ensure the boarding house is well-organized and presentable at all times.
• Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Use Google Workspace and Microsoft Office to manage tenant records, schedules, and communications.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of common areas and shared facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the boarding house runs smoothly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or cleaning industry.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
