📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure all products meet industry standards.
• Oversee the entire quality management process, from raw materials to finished products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Train and mentor QAQC teams to maintain high standards of quality.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with international and local quality certifications.
• Work with the design and production teams to integrate quality standards into the product development process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in QAQC roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Certification in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
• Proven experience in the fashion retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools and software, such as SAP QM or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
