📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair high-end coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance and longevity of coffee machines.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with coffee equipment, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the barista team to ensure a consistent and high-quality coffee experience for customers.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in coffee equipment technology and industry best practices.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems before they occur.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on the proper use and maintenance of coffee equipment.
• Work with suppliers to source and order replacement parts and equipment as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair, with a focus on coffee machines.
• Certification in coffee equipment maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software, such as La Marzocco, Rancilio, and Breville equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
