📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review loan applications for mortgage and banking products
• Verify borrower information and conduct credit checks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate with underwriting and risk management teams to make informed decisions
• Provide excellent customer service and support to borrowers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications and borrower information
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our loan processing procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan processing, mortgage, or banking
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial services regulations
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and our in-house loan processing system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in loan processing or a related field is a plus
