Production Head - Baking & Pastry (Manufacturing Leadership)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and manage the daily production operations to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
• Develop and implement production schedules and standards to meet customer demands.
• Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the production facility, including maintenance and equipment management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with ERP or production management software is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
