📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using espresso machines, steamers, and grinders.
• Assist customers with menu selections and special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Server in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Certification in Basic Food Safety (optional but preferred).
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
