📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Manage employee performance through regular feedback and goal setting.
• Resolve conflicts and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
• Create and maintain comprehensive HR documentation and policies.
• Collaborate with management to understand business needs and align HR initiatives accordingly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
• Utilize HR software such as BambooHR and Workday to streamline HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, with a focus on building and scaling HR functions.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and processes.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR and Workday is a plus.
