Operational Excellence Associate - Retail & Consumer Products

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement in our retail operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Train and mentor team members on new processes, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide regular updates to management on the status of operational improvements and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven experience in process improvement, lean methodologies, and Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Ability to travel to different retail locations as needed.
